An apt and a suitable literacy classroom environment indeed bring great comfort level for students making them interested in their lessons.
Be it young child-students or adult literacy learners, the surroundings of literacy classroom for both the categories will leave a large impact on them. Not just children but adults also respond favorably when their literacy classrooms are better designed as compared to be boring, plain and dull.
At times teachers and instructors do not have major control over the learning situate. In such cases, the students and teachers can work in tandem to convert their literacy classroom in a creative way into an innovative study center. Efforts must be put in to make the place not just comfortable but also welcoming and supportive with inventive learning aids. If nothing major can be done, mere three to four potted plants will be able to bring liveliness into the classroom making everyone cheerful.
